Plato’s Products is a family-owned business located in Plato Nymphs, Corfu, established by a young couple whose goals are to become better day by producing honey and offering only pure, premium honey, and bee products to their customers. According to the owner, Alexandros Tsenebis, with the help of his wife Evi, putting up Plato’s Products is a dream come true for him. His love for bees started at a very early age since his family was also into the honey business. When his father decided to retire, he kept 8 beehives to take care of as a hobby and found himself happy working with bees and producing honey.
In 2013, Alexandros started Plato’s Products and focused on growing their bee fleet and are now able to produce 2-3 varieties of Corfu premium honey. They also transfer their beehives all over Greece on purpose to produce different varieties of honey such as honey from pine, fir, oak, orange trees, flower honey from cotton, lavender, sunflower, thyme, and wildflowers on the mountains.
Plato’s Products has recently joined America Food Awards 2021 and has received awards for the following products:
